- 뉴노멀 시대 주요 산업보안 법제의 개선방안에 대한 연구 : 원격·재택근무 환경을 중심으로 -
코로나 19 바이러스의 대유행(pandemic)은 전 세계 사회, 경제, 문화 등 전 분야에 걸쳐 많은 변화를 일으켰다. 특히 대규모 감염을 피하기 위한 ‘비대면(untact)’과 ‘온라인(online)’이 포스트 코로나와 뉴노멀 시대의 핵심 키워드가 되면서 전 세계적으로 원격·재택근무가 근무방식의 새 로운 기준(new normal)이 되었다. 전 세계적인 팬데믹 상황에서 원격·재택근무는 이제 선택이 아닌 필수가 되었고 점차 확대되고 있다. 이에 따라 기존의 오프라인과 대면 중심의 전통적인 산 업보안 환경 역시 빠르게 변화되고 있다. 이와 같이 코로나 19 팬데믹으로 촉발된 뉴노멀이라는 새로운 시대적 변화에 발맞추어 산업보안에 대한 패러다임과 산업보안 관련 법제 역시 많은 변 화와 개선을 요구받고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 원격·재택근무 환경을 중심으로 뉴노멀 시대 에 조응하기 위한 주요 산업보안 법제의 개선방안에 대해 연구하였다.
A Study on Improvement Plans for Major Industrial Security Laws in the New Normal Era
The pandemic of the COVID-19 virus has caused many changes in all areas of society, economy, and culture around the world. In particular, ‘untact’ and ‘online’ to avoid large-scale infection has become a key keyword in the post-corona and new normal era. And remote work and telecommuting has become the new normal of working methods worldwide. In the global pandemic situation caused by the COVID-19 virus, remote work and telecommuting have become a necessity, not an option, and is gradually expanding. Accordingly, the traditional industrial security environment centered on offline and face-to-face is also rapidly changing. As such, in line with the new era of the new normal triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic, the paradigm for industrial security and industrial security legislation are also being asked for many changes and improvements. Therefore, I studied ways to improve major industrial security legislation to adapt to the new normal era, focusing on remote work and telecommuting environments in this paper.
